LaSalle UK Ventures Fund, an opportunistic fund managed by LaSalle Investment Management, and Kenmore Property Group, advised by Strutt & Parker and CBRE, have completed the construction of Concorde Park, Maidenhead. The high quality office scheme comprises 72,359 square feet of business space, arranged as four self-contained units and set within two buildings.

The buildings at Concorde Park have been designed to provide occupiers with modern, flexible space finished to a high specification and will offer a company their own entrance and generous parking.

Concorde Park is located within a mile of Maidenhead town centre and is situated adjacent to two other new office schemes with an additional development in the pipeline. This further enhances the area and confirms it as one of the premier business addresses in the Thames Valley, which has now been endorsed by a number of developers, occupiers, and institutions.

Jeremy Rodale, Partner, Strutt & Parker National Markets – Office Agency, comments:

“LaSalle UK Ventures Fund and Kenmore’s commitment to this exciting scheme further emphasises and endorses this business location.

“Where Concorde Park will set itself apart from the immediate competition is that it can offer accommodation from 7,520 square feet in self-contained units or offer a single occupier up to 72,359 square feet if they require their own self-contained campus. The location has already been chosen by a number of blue chip companies due to its excellent transport links and close proximity to Maidenhead’s retail and leisure amenities.”

Dan Williams, Development Director, Kenmore, adds:

“This scheme represents one of the best conceived and flexibly designed office solutions in the area and complements existing occupier demand and developments in the local Thames Valley region.”
